This Privacy Policy explains how The NOVA AI ("NOVA AI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, processes, stores, and protects information when you use the Dress Up mobile application ("App").

11. Your Images Are Not Public by Default

Images uploaded or generated through Dress Up are not listed in a public gallery. However, image URLs are used to display and retrieve images and may be accessible to anyone who obtains the URL. Do not share an image URL if you do not want others to view it.

Generated images stored in your account are intended to be accessible through your account and the App's features.

We do not make your generated images publicly available unless you choose to share them through a feature that allows sharing or disclosure.

Original uploaded photographs, garment photos and generated images

Uploaded person photos, optional garment photos, profile images and generated results are stored with your account so you can use the App's features and view your creations. They are deleted as part of an account deletion request, subject to the exceptions below. Service providers may process images as needed to complete a generation.

AI-generated images may be stored with your account so you can access your previous creations.

Generated images ordinarily remain available until you delete your account or another applicable retention process applies.

When you delete your account, the account is disabled and associated photos, generations and most account history are removed. We retain a limited account record, including your email address, account ID and (if applicable) password hash, in a deleted-account state to enforce a 72-hour cool-off period and prevent free-credit abuse. After 72 hours, a later sign-in can reactivate the record as a fresh account; the record is not automatically erased at the 72-hour mark. Payment and purchase-verification records may be retained as needed for accounting, legal compliance and fraud prevention. If an image was reported, the report and the image reference may be retained to review and resolve the report. Copies held by our service providers may take additional time to expire or be removed.
